San Diego Waves is a youth running club serving the north county area, offering developmental and competitive training programs for kids aged 11-14 in Cross Country and Track. We foster a supportive community that promotes a healthy active lifestyle, welcoming young athletes from Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Marcos, and Vista to join us.
