Located in Philadelphia, Latinas in Motion is a social road running club that fosters a community of women living healthy lifestyles. We encourage and inspire women to get active, focusing on exercise, good nutrition, and self-care. All women are welcome to join, regardless of fitness level, and experience a supportive atmosphere that contradicts the high rates of heart disease among Latinas.
